You Want It Darker è il quattordicesimo album in studio del cantautore canadese Leonard Cohen, pubblicato il 21 ottobre 2016.

Il disco

Pubblicato meno di un mese prima della scomparsa dell'artista, l'album si focalizza attorno ai temi della morte e Dio. Il cantautore non riuscì a completare definitivamente l'album a causa di problemi cardiaci che lo costrinsero al riposo. Il lavoro venne però ultimato dal figlio, Adam. L'album ha ottenuto grande successo presso critica e pubblico.
